There are conflicting impulses.

Maybe this thing? or that?  be  the decider!

Making art is a meditation.

There are constant decisions.

One thing is created, but only one.

The infinite will have to wait.

Making art is destruction.  

Each time you make something you are destroying all the other things it could have been. That's ok. keep working.

While making things, you are in some other part of time and space. Memories guide you as you go. Something's in there.
